Grommit for Blender

Adokin’s rigged Gromitt on BlendSwap. Strictly for non-profit fan-work use, obviously. The model is rigged in the old-school armature style (good for the Blender-FBX-3DXchange-iClone pipeline) and comes into 3DXchange at just over 30,000 faces. The eyelids are skewed and can’t be taken out with the Opacity slider in 3DXchange, but you might be able to delete them if you know what you’re doing in Blender.
